TERMS OF SERVICES

GENERAL INFORMATION

1.The artist maintains the freedom to refuse any commission at any period.
2.The artist will not begin any commission until full payment is completed unless payment plans are agreed upon.
3.Commissioned artworks may be reposted by the client if suitable credit is given.
4.Commissions are for Personal Use unless commercial costs are paid.
All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise, and courteous manner.
5.All suitable reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is sent.
6.Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.
7.Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being rejected or withdrawn.

I. CONDUCT

1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.
2. All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.
3. Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.
4. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.

II. PAYMENT

1. Commissions must be paid 50% before I start and the other half before recieving the final piece.
2. Payment accepted in USD only.
3. Payment will be requested only via Paypal.

III. PROCESS

1. Commissions are generally expected to take 2 weeks.
2. If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be informed.

IV. REVISIONS

1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.
2. A maximum of 3 revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge.
3. { Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload. }
4. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.

V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.
2. The client waives the freedom to withdraw, chargeback, or request full reimbursement under any event once the piece has commenced.
3. If the client ceases contact for over 1 month , the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.
4. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.

VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE

1.Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
2. Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.
3. The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
4.All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.
5. Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.

6.The artist is authorized to use the copyrighted work to:
- Promote themselves in any place or site.
- Display the work in any place to their liking.

YOU CAN

  • Publish the art with suitable credit

  • Print the art and claim the character as your own but not the work itself

  • Use the art for personal use unless discussed prior and commercial costs are paid in full

YOU CANNOT

  • Claim the art as yours

  • Reproduce or sell as your own

  • Remove any watermarks or signatures

  • Modify or edit the work

  • Post the work anywhere without suitable credit
